My coworker recommended Jose's service. I greatly appreciate his help and knowledge. I had a last-minute issue with my car, and he was able to come the same morning to do a diagnostic. He gave the best advice and also recommended places for water leakage and bodywork. I found him to be very honest; he answered every question I had quickly.

I scheduled an appointment in the late evening after my car died, and Jose was able to come out the next day and replace my alternator and battery. The price was good, the service was quick, and his communication about what needed to be done and why was very helpful. He also answered a few general questions about my vehicles maintenance needs for me.

I don't post reviews often. My mechanic Jose was honest and informative about my car. I took my car to the dealership prior to contacting RDU mobile mechanic. The dealership never explained why my check engine light would come off and on. Nor did they explain why my autostop didn't work. The dealership gave me a huge estimate to have repairs performed that didn't make sense to my car issues.
Jose listened to me first and asked a few simple questions. Come to find out, my issue was the car battery. A much simpler and less expensive fix to the problem.
It's good to know there are honest people in the world.

Fantastic service! I had a coolant leak issue and found RDU mobile on google. He was here the next day and diagnosed my Jetta in under 30 minutes. Jose was able to come out on very short notice, and help me diagnosis an issue with my car. And nearly just as quickly, get it resolved and fixed up.
Was very upfront and honest, and the pricing was fair after getting several quotes from other mechanics for similar service.

Got stuck in a paid parking garage when my car wouldn’t start (I suspected a bad starter or some problem like that based on the sounds it was making), just searched online and saw this guy had good reviews, and decided to call. He arrived to my location within 30 minutes, it turned out my car only needed a jump, and considering that he discounted the originally agreed upon diagnostic price by almost 50% and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed (go to Autozone where they will replace the battery for me, leave the car on in case they don’t have the right battery, etc.) Additionally, he offered to go and get a battery and replace it for me at only the cost of the battery. Great experience with an honest mechanic.
My mechanic was super polite and helpful, arrived early and communicated regularly with me concerning the issue, my location, and his ETA.
